The Hotel Service Charge is paid to Holland America Line crew members, and represents an important part of their compensation. A 18% Bar Service Charge is automatically added to bar charges and Dining Room wine purchases. - In order to complete the booking, and according to the company policy, it is necessary for you to provide full details of all participants (Full Name, Date and Place of Birth) as they are shown on your Passport(s)/ID(s) (depending on the cruise type you have selected). It is also necessary to provide an Emergency Contact (friend or relative) and full contact details (Full name, Phone Number Mobile/Landline) of this person.
