- In order to complete the booking, and according to the company policy, it is necessary for you to provide full details of all participants (Full Name, Date and Place of Birth) as they are shown on your Passport(s)/ID(s) (depending on the cruise type you have selected). It is also necessary to provide an Emergency Contact (friend or relative) and full contact details (Full name, Phone Number Mobile/Landline) of this person.
- A valid passport is required for this cruise (please check for Visa).
- In order to confirm a booking a 30% deposit is require of the booking total. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure date. For the World Cruise, full payment is required no later than 60 days prior to departure. Any booking made in the period of less than 30 days full payment of the booking is required.

Cruise passenger tax in Greece
Effective from July 21, 2025, a new cruise passenger tax will apply to visitors disembarking at Greek ports. The tax is automatically collected onboard and applies to both adults and children.
Important: The charge only applies to visitors who disembark (whether for excursions or individual sightseeing).
Implementation Period: July 21, 2025 – May 31, 2026

Daily Entry Fee for the City of Venice
To better manage tourism, day visitors to the City of Venice must pay an entry fee before their arrival (Valid through July 27):

For Excursion Participants
For visitors participating in organized excursions, the entry fee is included in the excursion price and will not be charged separately.
